• Can I get different size enlargements?

  Yes, we have a number of formats available. When you click the 'more details' link you'll see the standard size is shown and you have the option of choosing other enlargments. If the size you require isn't there, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
  
  

• Some of the photos on the site don't look too sharp - why is this?

  The photos you see on the web site are low-resolution previews only. The idea is to let you see what the photo looks like, without making it available for the less scrupulous people to 'borrow' without permission. All photographs supplied by Lewis Collins are high quality images printed on professional photographic papers.
  
  

• Why are there different prices for different photos at the same size?

  I use two type of film; Negative print for general work, and Transparency film for photographic library work. It is more expensive to produce prints from transparency film.
  
  

• Copyright Information

  The artist, Lewis A Collins retains full copyright of all photographs. No part of these images may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form, or by any means including electronic, mechanical, photocopying or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Lewis A Collins Photography.

• How safe is it to send credit card details over the internet?

  You hear a lot of talk about security problems when using credit cards on the internet but most of the time, that's all it is -- talk. Any sensitive information you submit is protected by the latest browser based 128-bit SSL encryption. Your data is further protected by additional encryption of our own.

  Truth be known, this is probably safer than handing your card to a waiter in a restaurant!

  
  
  
• How long will it take to get my order?

  We say 21 days to allow for hold ups, but it might be faster. All photographic items require custom printing to order.
  
  

• General Delivery Information

• All deliveries are sent by Australian Registered Post to the name and address on the order form.
• Allow 21 working days delivery time.
• Overseas orders are sent by Australian Registered Post or Bonded Courier -- please allow an additional shipping fee of AU$30.00 for overseas orders.
• All claims for short deliveries or damaged goods must be made within seven (7) days of receipt, quoting invoice number.
  
  
  
• Prices

  All prices include GST. Freight is extra - it will be calculated and added to your order total, BEFORE you confirm your order.
  
  

• Returns Policy

  A representative of Lewis A Collins must authorise returns of goods within seven days of invoice date and returned to nearest office with freight prepaid.

  Goods will only be accepted and your claim recognised for credit if:-

• goods are returned within 25 days of invoice date,
• with our authorisation number,
• complete with all TAGS & LABELS in pristine order & condition
• and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

• Wholesale Customers

  Wholesale prices are available to registered wholesale customers. Please email us your contact name, business name, ABN, and address. Include information on how and when we can contact you, and we will send you the application forms.
